Although Kurrlata Park Surgery (KPS) has been at its current location since 2007, KPS’ has a longstanding reputation of diligently serving the health needs of the local community since 1920 when Dr O’Brien built his red brick bungalow on the corner of South Road and Anzac Hwy as his family residence and consulting rooms.

In 1986 Dr Richardson joined the practice. On 29th October 2007, Dr Richardson relocated the surgery to its current location in response to the 2006-2007 acquisition process to build the Anzac Hwy underpass for South Road. in 2015, Dr Patel joined KPS and a year later he and his business partner, Dr Chunkathil, acquired the surgery.

Using our effective team approach to providing comprehensive primary health care, we have been able to expand the services available. Other services available at our surgery are Psychologists, Endocrinologist Colorectal Surgeon, and Blu Sky Disability Services Provider. Other businesses within our health centre are, Pathology (Australian Clinical Labs), Physiotherapists, and Podiatrists.
